what is the animal found under eagle nest 4"long 2"at widest end

4" long

 at the end of the second picture is a cavity  and there is something in there that rattles   may be just dirt  won't shake out I have tired to and will not come out

You can see one of the three eagle HUGE in the left corner one of the adults is feeding  the one that is flying is the one that flew back in the nest to feed them  Odd I saw just the one eagle there fly out and back with a fish and the other eagle was no where  in site
